TechYantram provides enterprise software development services including Web Engineering, Mobile Applications, MLM Software Systems, AI Integration, and Digital Infrastructure Solutions. All deliverables are executed according to mutually agreed project specifications and milestones.

Upon full payment clearance, ownership of custom-developed deliverables is transferred to the client. TechYantram retains rights to proprietary frameworks, reusable modules, internal tools, and architectural methodologies.

All services operate on milestone-based or subscription billing structures. Delayed payments may result in service suspension. Digital products and software licenses are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Our website may display third-party advertisements including Google Ads or affiliate links. We are not responsible for the content, claims, or services provided by third-party advertisers. Users interacting with external links do so at their own discretion.

We implement enterprise-grade encryption, access controls, and secure hosting environments. However, no system is 100% immune to cyber threats. Users are responsible for safeguarding their credentials.

TechYantram shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from third-party API failures, hosting downtimes, cyber attacks, or user misuse of systems.

If hosting services are provided through third-party cloud vendors, uptime and performance depend on the respective provider’s SLA. We are not responsible for infrastructure-level outages.

Users agree not to misuse the platform for illegal activities, spam distribution, financial fraud, or violation of applicable laws. Any such violation may result in immediate termination.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of services after updates constitutes acceptance of revised terms.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Noida, India.
